Jo Saylors highly detail sculpture depicts four kids playing the game, Crack the Whip. The piece was commission by Mr. and Mrs. James K. Baker, in honor of the Arvin employees and formerly resided at the Arvin headquarters. When Arvin left the building, the sculpture was gifted to the Community Foundation of Bartholomew County and moved to the current location in the Firefighters & Police Plaza 2nd street.
